Shipping, delivery and returns
At June 22 we don't mass-produce. Every baby carrier is made in our workshop in Barcelona, on a human scale and without waste.
1. Making your order
- Making time: 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Pre-orders: the lead time is shown on the product page.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email, then an email and/or text with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
2. Delivery costs and times
Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and the method chosen. Prices include tax. Estimated delivery times include making (1 to 3 working days) and transit.

The amount qualifying for free delivery is based on the value of the items after discounts, excluding shipping costs. Transit times are given as a guide by the carriers.
3. Tracking your order
Every parcel ships with a tracking number, sent by email and/or text. You can follow your parcel on the carrier's website (InPost / Mondial Relay or UPS).
4. Customs duties and taxes (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the EU (zones C and E), the destination country may apply customs duties and import taxes. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices. They may extend the delivery time.
5. Delivery address, delays and damaged parcels
- Check your address when ordering: June 22 cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address; any reshipping costs are payable by the customer.
- Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, June 22 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by them. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier.
- If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, note your reservations with the carrier on receipt and let us know within 3 working days at bonjour@june-22.com.
6. Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. Write to us at bonjour@june-22.com with your order number and we'll send you the return label and instructions.

The refund covers the price of the items and the original delivery costs, less €5 in return costs. It is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking the items.
Items must be returned as new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with the return label provided and by tracked delivery. We cannot accept the return of a baby carrier that has been used: it could not be resold safely for another baby.
