The entire content of the website may not be reused without the prior written consent of Ms Audrey Timbert, owner of the trademark. ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE
All sales made through our website www.june-22.com are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale set out below.
Purchase for resale by a professional is prohibited. For any such request, please contact bonjour@june-22.com.

ARTICLE 3 – CONSUMER INFORMATION
The main characteristics and prices of our products are available on www.june-22.com in accordance with Articles L 111-1 and L 113-3 of the French Consumer Code.
Before and after confirming an order, the customer receives the information provided for in Articles L 221-5 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and thereby confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Images of products shown on the website are not contractually binding and variations may occur in the products themselves.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND VALIDITY
Prices displayed on www.june-22.com include VAT and exclude delivery charges. The total amount, including delivery charges, is displayed when the order is confirmed.
Products shown on the website are available while stocks last. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible. If the bank card has already been charged, the customer will be refunded as soon as possible.
If an abnormal or abusive order is detected, June 22 reserves the right to refuse and cancel it.
ARTICLE 5 – MANUFACTURING
At June 22, we do not mass-produce. Every baby carrier is made in our workshop in Barcelona, on a human scale and without waste.
Manufacturing takes 1 working day, in addition to transit time. For pre-orders, the applicable lead time is the one stated on the product page.
ARTICLE 6 – SECURE PAYMENT
Products may be paid for by bank card or PayPal.
If PayPal is used, only PayPal, through its secure environment, has access to the customer's banking information.
In accordance with Article L 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, an undertaking to pay made using a payment card is irrevocable. By providing their bank card number, the customer authorises June 22 to charge their card for the total amount of the order including VAT and delivery charges.
For this purpose, the customer confirms that they are the holder of the bank card being charged and that the name appearing on the card is their own. They then provide, in a secure environment on our payment partner's website, the sixteen-digit card number and expiry date shown on the front of the card, together with the visual security code shown on the back where applicable.
PayPal acts as the remote payment service provider and issues an electronic certificate constituting proof of the amount and date of the transaction, in accordance with Articles 1366 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Payment by instalments is offered exclusively through Alma, under the conditions set out in Article 10.
ARTICLE 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed on www.june-22.com are manufactured within 1 working day and then dispatched.
Details of zones, prices, carriers and delivery times are provided in our shipping policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. For guidance:

When the order is dispatched, the customer receives an email and/or text message containing the tracking number.
June 22 cannot be held liable for loss or delivery delays attributable to carriers.
If an error has been made in the delivery address, June 22 cannot be held liable for non-delivery or delays; any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are payable by the customer.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place once the product is made available to the customer by the carrier.
The customer is responsible for making any reservations or claims upon receipt if the parcel appears damaged, open or otherwise compromised. A registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt must be sent to the carrier within 3 working days, with a copy sent to June 22. Failure to make a claim within this period will extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with Article L 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In accordance with Articles L 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, write to bonjour@june-22.com quoting the order number. A return label and instructions will then be sent.

Refund: the refund covers the price of the items and the original delivery charges, less the €5 return fee. It is issued to the payment method used for the order within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Condition of returned items: items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with the return label provided and using a tracked service. We cannot accept the return of a baby carrier that has been used, as it could not be resold under satisfactory safety conditions for another baby. If these conditions are not met (for example, if an item is creased, stained or washed), no refund can be issued.

June 22 asks customers to use a tracked return service. Without tracking, June 22 would be unable to process the return if the parcel were lost.

ARTICLE 9 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Notwithstanding any specific warranty conditions supplied to the customer with the delivered item, products sold on www.june-22.com are subject to the warranty conditions provided by law.
June 22 cannot be held liable:
- for failure to meet contractual obligations due to an unforeseen event or force majeure;
- for non-substantial differences between the photographs, text and illustrations of products on our website and the products ordered.
ARTICLE 10 – PAYMENT BY INSTALMENTS WITH ALMA
The www.june-22.com website offers customers the option of paying for purchases in instalments through our partner Alma. Payment in 3 instalments with Alma is interest-free for the customer.
Alma's credit service is offered for the payment of purchases and execution of payment, provided that the person purchasing the goods or services through Alma (the “Buyer”) accepts the instalment payment or deferred payment agreement.
Any refusal by Alma to grant instalment or deferred payment may result in cancellation of the purchase agreement unless the Buyer agrees to pay the purchase amount in full. If these Terms and Conditions of Sale are terminated, the instalment or deferred payment agreement will automatically be terminated.
In the event of withdrawal, these Terms and Conditions of Sale will automatically be terminated unless the customer pays the purchase amount in full through Alma. If the product has already been dispatched, it must be returned within the period provided for in Article 8.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected when an account is created or an order is placed is processed for the purposes of order management, customer relations and, with the customer's consent, sending marketing communications.
In accordance with applicable European data protection legislation, the customer has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. These rights may be exercised in writing at bonjour@june-22.com.
The customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in their country of residence.
ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The June 22 trademark, illustrations, logos and slogans, designs and models displayed on the website are and will remain the exclusive property of their owner. Any total or partial reproduction without express prior consent is strictly prohibited under Articles L 335-2 and L 335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code and constitutes infringement and a criminal offence.
ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and the commercial relationship between June 22 and the customer are governed by European regulations applicable to distance selling to consumers.
This clause does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence within the European Union.
