THE JUNE 22 WORKSHOP

Local manufacturing with a deeply human purpose

All June 22 products are made in Barcelona, in a socially committed workshop.

Beyond its textile expertise, the workshop is built around a strong social mission.

It employs people displaced by war, as well as people who have experienced severe hardship or previously lived on the streets.

Work becomes a way to rebuild their lives.

Through stable employment, day-to-day support and, in some cases, help with housing, the workshop enables people to regain a routine, stability and a place in society.

Every June 22 order directly helps this community grow and creates new opportunities for people who need them.

Manufacturing on a human scale

We have chosen to manufacture locally and in small batches.

This allows us to:

  • follow every stage of production,
  • maintain a high standard of quality,
  • limit overproduction,
  • and continue developing products more responsibly.

Nothing is mass-produced on the other side of the world.

OUR FABRICS

Carefully selected fabrics

All our materials are sourced from carefully selected European suppliers.

Most of our fabrics are certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which guarantees the absence of substances harmful to babies' skin.

Some of our fabrics are also made from organic fibres.

Because a baby carrier can be worn against a baby's skin for hours at a time, we pay particular attention to the softness, breathability and quality of the materials we use.

Why is the OEKO-TEX® label important for babies?

The OEKO-TEX® label guarantees that fabrics have been tested for a wide range of potentially harmful substances.

For a baby, this means:

  • safer materials against the skin,
  • greater care for sensitive skin,
  • and confidence in everyday use.
